Official statement on fans returning to Visit Mallorca Estadi

The club has issued the following communication following the announcement supporters can return to fixtures

Following the announcement of fans returning to stadiums aligned with a transition to phase one from the Minister of Sport, José Manuel Rodríguez Uribe, we make the following official statement:

Capacity of the Visit Mallorca Estadi, taking into account the 30% regulation and the metre and a half distance which must be between attendees, allows entry of 4,086 spectators.

RCD Mallorca members will be able to opt for this ticket through the season ticket portal (must be registered) and must register now to participate in a draw to be held before a notary.

Members under 14 years of age are not eligible for their ticket as it is an individual draw and, due to their age, need to be accompanied to the stadium according to law which regulates attendance at public events.

Season ticket holders will have access to the draw according to the area of the stadium where they have their seat.

The south end of the stadium will host registered members in the draw who have not been able to access their zone.

Once the registration period opens, season ticket holders will have until Saturday, May 15 at 8:00 a.m. to register for the draw.

The draw will take place at 10:00 a.m. on the same Saturday.

On Saturday, from 12:00 a.m. onwards, the winners will receive an e-mail with a link in which they must confirm their attendance, choose their seat (it is not related to the one that appears on their season ticket) and accept the conditions related to the safety of the stadium according to the COVID regulations (essential according to the La Liga health protocol).

After the confirmation process and acceptance of the conditions, the subscriber will be able to download or print their ticket.

The club will inform on access times to the stadium according to the assigned area, complying with the security and sanitary protocol (disinfectant gel and temperature control).

The tickets will be nominal and, when accessing the field, all attendees will have to carry their ID card for security and health protocol (FFP2 mask mandatory).

At the end of the match, spectators will follow the instructions of the volunteers to leave the field with the appropriate security measures.

The club will attend all the enquiries by phone at the number 971 221 535, today until 20:30 hours; Tomorrow, from 9 to 14h and from 15:30 to 18:30; Saturday, from 10 to 14 and from 16 to 19:30; And Sunday, from 10 to 14 hours, in addition to our member email: taquillas@rcdmallorca.es.

RCD Mallorca asks all attendees to comply with safety and preventive measures, as well having the utmost responsibility in the context of the health crisis. Following the modification of the schedule by La Liga to respect the curfew of 23:00 hours, the match will start at 20:45 hours.
