Our fourth and final pre-season fixture ahead of the upcoming Segunda División campaign against CD Lugo has been confirmed for 5pm on Saturday, September the 5th at at the Campo Municipal O Ceao de Lugo and will be made available to stream live across our YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook channels in addition to the website and RCD Mallorca + app.
Looking to build on victories over CD Tenerife and CD Castellón and an unfortunate loss to Levante UD during our training camp in Murcia, our trip to the Galicia will be Luis García Plaza’s final test before his competitive debut as manager against Rayo Vallecano on the weekend starting the 12th of September. While we will also face CD Lugo on Matchday Five, the last time we were in action against the Galician side was in the 2018/19 Segunda División season as a brace from Dani Rodríguez and Lago Junior’s penalty saw us take all three points with a 3-0 win.
