Compensation for 2019-20 season ticket holders announced
Reimbursement offers for fans will be made available from June 15th following the closure of stadiums on matchdays
Despite the disappointment of ending our first season back in La Liga behind closed doors, RCD Mallorca remains reliant on the unconditional support our fanbase has shown throughout the year ahead of the 11 fixtures which await us in our fight for survival.
The club is aware of the despondency many fans who have been unwavering in their backing of the team will feel by a decision taken with the utmost responsibility, social awareness and health and safety measures by authorities such as the Consejo de Deportes and La Liga, and therefore continues to work intensively to ensure those unable to attend fixtures are properly compensated.
In regards to the aforementioned reimbursement , season-ticket holders will be eligible for a 25% refund for the 2019/20 campaign or can opt for alternative recompense proposals including a 15% discount on merchandise at official club stores, name engravement upon the 'Fan Wall', future matchday experiences such as VIP access and 'Meet & Greet' events or facility rentals for birthdays or matches.
Maintaining our support of the local community throughout the COVID-19 crisis, the club will also create a ‘solidarity stand’ in which supporters can donate tickets they have purchased for fixtures this season to front-line workers of the pandemic who will be able to attend future matches.
Further reimbursement options will be made available through the ticketing page of the club’s website from June 15th and will be subject to the ticket purchased.
