Our senior squad has completed its medical tests ahead of the start of pre-season training at Podoactiva and Hospital Juaneda Miramar.
Our first training session will later take place on July 7 at the Ciudad Deportiva Antonio Asensio.
“The tests we carry out are based on making sure that the players are healthy when they come to us, that there have been no incidents during the period between the end of the season and the beginning of the next one,” said Adolfo Muñoz, RCD Mallorca's Director of Medical Services. “Basically we do some cardio, biomechanical and functional tests to see how they are coming back.”
"We face it with the same enthusiasm as always,” Antonio Raíllo said looking ahead to our pre-season scheduled. “I think that after a year as good as the one we've had, we have to challenge ourselves in some way to improve it.
“It's very important to work from the first hour knowing that you have recharged your batteries and that makes you better during the season.”
