Jaume Costa says he can’t wait to face FC Barcelona this weekend as we return to LaLiga action following the international break.
Our defender has only beaten the Visit Mallorca Estadi’s visitors just once in 13 attempts, but believes with the right approach, anything is possible.
"We know that beating Barcelona is very complicated but we have the motivation and confidence in our team to have a great gam,” he told club media. “If we play well, we will have a chance to win - it’s a good week, an exciting week.
"When you are able to execute moves without even thinking, when you have prepared during the season, when you have confidence in the style of play, in the line-up or a tactic, I think that you have to do something to counter FC Barcelona's game but continue with the same fundamentals that have given you eight points and have made you one of the most solid teams in La Liga - not counting the match against Real Madrid.
"This is going to be my 13th game against Barcelona and I've only won once. I had to go to Valencia CF to be able to beat them."
