RCD Mallorca presented the first signing of the season, Juan Domínguez, on Tuesday at noon. The press room at the Stadium was filled by fans and media who did not want to lose sight of the new player. Domínguez showed his enthusiasm for the “serious and professional” project, and did not hesitate to comment about the allure of working for a club with such dedication to the sport.
The Galician midfielder explained that he came here “very excited” knowing that “soccer is never simple,” so he will work hard to earn the desired results and ensure that this season is successful.
Domínguez, who already knows Coach Fernando Vázquez from their time together at Deportivo La Coruña, spoke kindly about the Coach who “knows what he wants” and he showed joy in putting his talent in Coach Vázquez´ hands.
Club CEO Maheta Molango and new Technical Director Javier Recio accompanied Domínguez on the podium, and together showed satisfaction in being able to count on him from day one—this coming Monday—when the preseason begins.
