Kang-In Lee recalled to South Korea’s national team
Kang In Lee, Baba, Martin Valjent and Vedat Muriqi have been called up to their international squads
Four RCD Mallorca players will be in action this international break following the latest team announcements.
Kang In Lee returns to the South Korean national team for their games against Costa Rica and Cameroon after a positive start to the season which sees him tied for the most assists in LaLiga alongside Joao Félix.
Our forward has so far registered three assists and a goal in five games with a ratio of 0.60 assists per game.
"I am very happy to play for South Korea again and to represent my country,” our forward said. “It's a great honour. My dream is to play at the World Cup in Qatar.”
Vedat Muriqi will play two UEFA Nations League matches for Kosovo against Northern Ireland and Cyprus in League C, Group 2.
Our forward has also had a strong start to the season and is one of the top scorers in the league with three goals.
Martin Valjent has also been called up for two UEFA Nations League games for national side Slovakia.
The defender will face Azerbaijan and Belarus, corresponding to matchdays five and six of League C, Group 3.
Valjent recently reached 150 official matches for the club.
In the case of Iddrisu Baba, the midfielder will play two friendlies in preparation for the World Cup in Qatar as Ghana face Brazil and Nicaragua.
