“Abdón has a lot of confidence in what he is doing right now. The guys that have come on have helped us. I’m very happy for him, I hope his form doesn’t stop.”
On the game...
“It’s very difficult to play on artificial grass. I know that it was going to take a lot from us. People in football know that. There were moments where they deserved to draw because the pitch levelled matters a lot. The result would have been fair if it was a draw. We had to work a lot to find space, it’s not been easy.
“Whoever I put out there meant we would have to work for it. With our style of play, it's difficult. I'm happy because we're through. We have not been comfortable. In order to win you have to be equal in your strength, and in order to create it can be more difficult.”
