Mallorca say farewell to the Cup on penalties

Real Mallorca fell on penalties against Lleida after having control of the match and says farewell to the Cup in the second round. Vicente Moreno renewed his team almost completely and only Raíllo and Cedric repeated in their starting eleven with the derby last Saturday. The players responded to the 3,602 people who came to Son Moix.

In the first half, Cedric had the best chance but found the stick. Rufo was also close to the goal. In the resumption, Real Mallorca continued insisting with greater possession and dominion. Salva Sevilla and Ferran Giner made their debut as Majorcan and Àlex López was the last change of Vicente Moreno to try the victory.
