The Sports City Antonio Asensio has been the scenary of the third preseason game of Real Mallorca. This afternoon, the team has received Formentera, newly promoted club to the bronze category.
Cedric and one from Lago Junior, Mallorcan players have won the match 4-0 in a game that has been defined in the first half. In the first moments of the game, Mallorca have put the cards on the table and taking advantage of a clear defense of Formentera, Cedric has completed a corner and scored the first goal from inside the area. Minute 22, the same player has proven his mischief when he has again used a confusing ball in the area to score the second one. And in minute 27, the forward showed his quality getting a hattrick thanks to a great shot, this time from the center of the area.
Already in the final moments of the first half, Lago Junior has closed the scoring with the fourth goal, a blistering shot that Formentera's goalkeeper could not catch.
On the second half and with a completely different 11, the team have continued dominating the game although the result has not moved. Ángel Sánchez has had two outstanding occasions and also Miguel Núñez who has surpassed the defense but the ball has gone over the goal.
With 4-0 this afternoon, Real Mallorca can add the first three games of preseason with any goal. The team travels Wednesday to Madrid where they will play, on the same day, with Rayo Majadahonda and next Saturday will face Toledo's team.
