Goals from Christain Makate, Javier Llabrés, Gabriel Santos, Ivan Zamorano and Ginard helped RCD Mallorca DH to a convincing 5-0 victory over AD Penya Arrabal at Son Bibiloni.
Despite the scoreline, it was the visitors who started the stronger side and had the majority of possession. Soon finding our feet and getting on the ball, a promising offensive move ended with Christain Makate being tripped in the box. Javier Llabrés was handed the resulting spot-kick responsibilities and made no mistake from 12-yards with a composed finish.
Getting plenty of joy out wide, we doubled our advantage when Marcos Fernández produced one of his maurding runs down the flank and pull the ball back to Matake who could make no mistake from a few yards out on the stroke of half-time.
Eight minutes after the restart and Gabriel Santos put the game beyond doubt when he found space on the edge of the box to find the bottom corner, before substitute Ginard got himself on the scoresheet just past the hour mark by beating his marker and firing home.
The second penalty of the game would be the icing on the cake of a fine performance as having been fouled at the point of scoring in the box, Ivan Zamorano stepped up to convert a late penalty in the 83rd minute.
Our third victory of the season arrived in style as our young bermellones look to build on good form prior to the Christmas break.
