We’re delighted to announce we’ve completed the signing of Braian Cufré on a four-year contract from Vélez Sarsfield.
A product of the Argentinian side’s youth system, the left back joins the club having made over 50 appearances for Los Fortineros and will provide manager Luis García Plaza with further options at full back following the recent arrival of Brian Olivián.
“I'm very happy,” he told the club’s website. “I'm delighted to take on this challenge. I am very calm about facing my first experience in European football. I define myself as a tough player, like all Argentines, and I like to get forward.
“I consider myself to be a very technical footballer and I hope I’m able to give my best. I know this club has had many Argentine players and I hope write myself into the history of the club - I would like that a lot".
