Real Mallorca start a new season with the enthusiasm to see young players grow within the Club’s different Academy categories. From the bottom to the top, managers endeavour to teach these kids values in football for them to evolve both personally and sporting-wise at the same time.
The goal of managers is to see these kids debut in the first team – to have their dream opportunity. On many occasions, in order for them to go forward and improve on the pitch it is foremost to be given pitch-time. This necessity reflects right back to a loan that allows the player to resume their progress and also permits the Club to observe from distance without losing a detail, the evolution of our footballer.
For that reason, every season, the map of loaned players by Real Mallorca extends, and on this occasion it is 17 players that will play elsewhere in the next few months. The destination for each of them has been chosen at the Club after pondering the conditions of the player and the team that provides the best fit.
