The local government permits a maximum of 8,775 fans for opening two games

The local government has permitted an increase of fans allowed at the Visit Mallorca Estadi at a maximum total of 8,775 fans for the opening two games of our season.

Below are the key points from the latest update:

  • Fans will need to be separated by a seat’s distance regardless of if they are co-habitants or family.

  • An obligatory compliance with health and safety measures established by local, national and health authorities. This includes: the use of face masks, remaining seated, maintaining a safe distance – one and a half metres – hygienic practice, no smoking, etc.

  •  The allowance of public from 12 years of age and above who can document: complete vaccination schedule (the two vaccinations or one in the case of having already had COVID-19), having been infected within the previous six months, a negative PCR in the 72 hours prior to the match or a negative antigen test in the 48 hours prior to the match. For children under 12 years of age, entry is allowed without any of the above requirements, although they must be able to prove that they are under 12 years of age. However, they are recommended to undergo a PCR or antigen test if they have not already been infected in the previous six months, but this is not mandatory.

  • Water is permitted at each seat and is the only beverage which can be consumed. However, catering points around the stadium for food and beverage consumption which comply with the regulative norms in place of a maximum of eight people per table and 1.5 metres in distance.

Ahead of the fixture, RCD Mallorca has established the following measures for the attendance of public, in addition to following the BOIB’s health and safety guidelines:

  • The ticket allocation criteria will be as follows: the club will not be running a raffle. Season ticket holders with either even or odd numbers in each stand will be permitted to enter for the Real Betis and RCD Espanyol examples. For example, those with odd numbers from seat one to 72 in the Luis Sitjar stand will be permitted to attend the Real Betis match, while those in sat in sets 73-140 will be in attendance for the RCD Espanyol fixture. The season ticket holder does not have to register, the club will send a ticket directly to each fan’s email (this process can take up to 24 hours). The club does anticipate there will be unused seats in the Fondo Sur stand of the stadium, so fans may be referred there (attending the match in the Fondo Sur does not imply non-attendance for the fixture itself).
  • Tickets will not be nominal. If a season ticket holder cannot attend the fixture, he/she may transfer the ticket. 

  • The ticket office will be able to handle any queries until Friday from 0900 to 1400 and from 1600 to 19:00. On Saturday, the ticket office will be open from 1000 to 1400 and from 1730 to 1930. The contact telephone number is 971221535 and the e-mail is taquillas@rcdmallorca.es.

  • Entry to the stadium is permitted two hours before the match and groups of entrance will be established. Entrance into the stadium groups is required to avoid queues and crowds at each entrance.
