RCD Mallorca announces that Mrs Annette Claassen has agreed to sell her remaining shares in RCD Mallorca to the ownership group led by Robert Sarver. In parallel, Mr Utz Claassen has stepped down as a member of the Board of Directors in order to fully concentrate on his entrepreneurial activities in the sectors of biomedical/medtech products, energy and finance. We thank Mr. Claassen for his many contributions to the club over the last several years.
